Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to Aminister > Sytem Settings > Payment Processors.
2) Create a new payment processor in the usual way. Save it.
3) Now edit the processor you just created.
4) Try to change the payment processor type through the dropdown.
Result:
The form does not correctly change when the payment processor type is changed via the dropdown.
Expected result:
All the appropriate form fields should change when the payment processor type is changed via the dropdown.
