Contribution form honoree/memory section does not support multi-lingual

            Description

            On multilingual instances, when configuring a Contribution Page, the honoree/memory fields "Honoree Section Title" and "Honoree Introductory Message " fields do not support multi-lingual.

            Seems to be a bug introduced in CiviCRM 4.5, when memory/honor of were converted to soft credits.
