Description
If an admin tries to delete an ACL role that has 'assignments' to user groups, the role isn't deleted and NOT useful message is displayed. In 4.6.8 the message is:
"Sorry. Selected ACL Role type has not been deleted."
Admin should either be shown a list of assignments and told they need to delete them if they want to delete the role OR given the choice with warning to delete both the related assignments and the role.

Trying to delete an ACL role, I get an error saying "Value is a required field".
The role does have a value.
