Soft Credit fields in bulk entry screen causes a break in the columns

When Soft Credit fields (Soft Credit and Soft Credit Type) are added to the reserved profile for Contribution Bulk Entry, and they are the last fields in the profile, they work fine. If the fields are moved "up" in the profile, so there are fields after them, the Soft Credit fields create a blank column to the right, and then all the following columns are moved over one, so they don't match the column headings. This happens for both Soft Credit and Soft Credit Type.
Tested on 4.6.8 and reproduced in the demo.
But, not a critical error, since the fields can be placed last in the profile and then seem to work fine.
