Renew options hidden on a form when 2 mutually exclusive radio options have different duration

There is code to prevent someone selecting 2 membership renewals with different durations in a non-price-set membership-block on a contribution page.

This blocks the selection of 2 different membership renewal frequencies in the same purchase. However, it is also blocking auto_renew when the frequencies are on a radio button & hence are mutually exclusive.
