Description
After a recent upgrade to CiviCRM 4.6.8, we noticed that the State/Province field displays as the 4-digit state_province_id rather than the state name as expected. When viewing and filling out the webform as a front-end user or editing the webform submission as a site admin, the state dropdown is displayed correctly. I looked at trying to reproduce on the demo site, but didn't really see a way that I could do that.
