*This is a recent regression and makes the Contribution Summary report unusable. ****
*I've added a screenshot from my local which shows the problem slightly differently. This is the default instance and the Contact Name checkbox appears to be unchecked - yet the column is being rendered.
That checkbox should NOT be protected, and should not be checked or active by default.
NOTE: Same bug can be seen in 4.7

The contact name is showing and can not be unchecked. I am not seeing it on 4.6.7
