Prevent duplicate participants registering participants direct from "Register event participant" menu

            Description

            This bug is connected with a previous bug:
            https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-14865

            The system does not check for duplicates when adding participants from the main menu - eg: http://d46.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/participant/add?reset=1&action=add&context=standalone
            But it does check if you try to add from the contact record. eg: http://d46.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view/participant?reset=1&action=add&context=participant&cid=202 - And will not allow the user to be added.

            The expected result is preventing to double enroll a participant in an event when the user use the Register event participant option from events menu.
