This bug is similar to this one :

where i thought it should be solved in version 4.5.6 but it is still exsists . i can't delete any contact it always through this message :
"This contact(s) can not be permanently deleted because the contact record is linked to one or more live financial transactions. Deleting this contact would result in the loss of financial data."
also i followed the suggestion fix in this issue CRM-12156
but it was already done in version 4.5.6 and the problem is still exist.
