'New event registration' with sold out price options

      Description

      When registering a participant for an event via the back-office 'Events > Register Event Participant' it is possible to book them in to price options that have reached their maximum capacity.

      I don't consider this a bug, because it is useful for the back-office to be able to book extra people in to events/selections.

      However, it would be useful if the price options could still display the 'Sold out' label next to the price option, without freezing the input field and preventing them from booking it.

      Steps to recreate

      • Create an event with 1 price option with a max capacity of 1
      • Book someone in to the event and select the price option
      • It is now 'sold out' on the front end, if online registration is enabled (correct)
      • Go to Events > Register Event Participant
      • Select a contact and the event,
      • Notice that it is possible to select the sold out price option, and there is nothing to indicate that it is 'sold out' - would be great to add that information here without freezing the field
