Provide Uncheck Box to Preserve Contributions when Membership is Deleted

      Description

      I understand the reasoning behind is, but I think this default behavior should have an override. Oftentimes a contact can have two memberships, through merging, staff error, glitch, import or other cause. It's not always desirable not a best practice to have 2 or more memberships sitting around, even if they are in "cancelled" status.

      How easy is it to provide an override checkbox for this dialogue so that a membership can be removed without deleting associated payments.

      The same would be nice for Event Fee payments.
