contribution detail report: error when sorting by custom contrib field

to reproduce, create a custom data set for contributions. create a field and mark it searchable.

create a new contribution detail report and choose this field in the sort options.

• if the field is not selected in the column settings, you receive an unknown column error
• if the field is selected in the column settings, you receive a duplicate column name error

it seems in the first case, the problem is that the custom data table is not included in the FROM joins. in the second case, it's adding the column once for display and once for sorting purposes.
