CiviMails can be scheduled for dates in past

            Description

            You can schedule a CiviMail for a long-past date. This will cause the CiviMail to start sending immediately, and also move the CiviMail back several pages on the Scheduled/Sent Mails screen, which is sorted by Scheduled Date.
