Almost all 'sample' dashlet reports are broken

Run setup.sh, login to newly 'built' 4.7 sandbox.
Configure Dashboard => Add all available dashlets

All of the report-based dashlets EXCEPT Membership Summary are broken (only the header bar is showing). Same results on dmaster demo (screenshot attached).

• Top Donors : broken AND seems to be linked to the wrong report. The JSON for the header shows this:

• Donor Summary : broken
• Event Income Summary : broken
• Activiites dashlet (not a report) : working properly

I'm seeing one error in Chrome console on my local sandbox, but no errors on dmaster:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
