Auto created relationship - an extension can't intervene in the saving process

Components:
Wordpress 4.3.1
CiviCRM 4.6.8 or 4.6.9 with extensions:

• Related Permissions Module 1.2
• Entity Settings Helper Extension 1.1

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the "Case Coordinator - Case Coordinator is" relationship to "Always Permission B to A"
2. Create a new case in the CiviCase component (best with a new contact as the client)
3. Check the relationship between the Case Manager and the Client

Intended result: The relationship is permissioned, the Case Manager can view and edit the Client's profile.
Real result: The relationship is not permissioned at all.
