Add 'Status Override?' to membership advanced search

There are a few Yes/No criteria in the membership pane of advanced search / in the Find Memberships screen. I've added 'Status Override?' to that, to enable searching by whether or not the membership has a status override in effect.

We use this internally sometimes (mainly in the course of data cleaning) and I'd like to contribute it. PRs to follow.
