API does not seem to update [is_primary] for locations/phones/emails

This seems to be true both for crm_create_location (When we create a new location and mark it as primary) and crm_update_location (when we either update a location to be primary, or update a phone/email to be primary).

Once again I know the new API is coming, just wanted to notify you.
