Custom Data - Display Separate tabs for Groups and Specify Title for Inline Groups

Currently all groups of Custom Data are displayed in a single tab "Custom Data".

Now each Custom Group will be configured for either inline or tab display and groups that are marked for tabbed display will be show in individual tabs.

All 'inline' groups are shown on a single tab. The tab title will be derived from the title of the inline group with the lowest weight. Inline group display order s/b weight, title ASC. Use this same sort for dealing w/ tab title derivation (for cases where multiple groups have the same weight).

When displaying a set of inline groups that extend both 'contact' and 'individual' - use the parent group title.

NOTE: Currently each 'tab' group will be shown in a separate tab, however, in future we may support more than one custom group per tab. So the hierarchy will be something like - custom_tab -> custom_groups.
