Description
Two issues ...
1. Sample data includes a processor w/ attributes for 'Test Processor' (dummy) but uses 'Elavon' as processor type. When Moneris was removed from core, the ID's of the processors delivered w/ core where moved. The sample data includes the 'dummy' processor and it's id changed from 10 to 9.
2. CRM_Admin_Form_PaymentProcessor::setDefaults was over-riding payment_processor_type_id being passed in from URL (pp=) so it was impossible to change the type when editing a processor.
