CiviCase dashboard counts cases with trashed contacts

The CiviCase dashboard currently counts cases that are attached to trashed contacts. This creates a confusing discrepancy – when you click the hotlink to view the cases, the counts for the search results may not match the counts in the dashboard, since the search will always exclude trashed contacts.
