placement and organization of "search settings" in advanced search is confusing

With 4.6, the "Search Settings" section is now moved to the bottom of the Basic Criteria box. This section includes both settings to change how the results are displayed and also actual search criteria..

It might be easier for users to understand if the options for changing how the search results were to be displayed appears at the top in it's own box (Search Views and Display Results as) and then have the options for changing the search criteria added to the search criteria section.
