Description
When we create a profile for people to fill in using a checksum,
we usually want to identify them with a readonly field with their name.
Currently we have to add 3 fields (firstname, middle name, last name)
Would it be difficult to add the display name to the list of selectable fields?
This would make the profile to be filled a lot smaller and cleaner
