CiviCase overrides case status if Sequence is used

In Civi/CCase/SequenceListener.php the function onCaseChange checks whether there is a Sequence associated with the Case. If so, and if all activities in that Sequence are Completed, the code sets the Case to status 2 - "Closed".

This is a problem if the user has a Sequence, and then a Timeline meant to occur after the Sequence. Once the Sequence activities are all Completed, it is impossible to set the Case status manually from the case management screen; it keeps being overridden to "Closed."
