Disabling contribution amounts section doesn't disable recurring payments.

If you want to change an existing page to remove the contribution section, clicking off the "Contribution Amounts Section Enabled" box does not turn off the "Enable recurring payments".

Seems if you turn off the contribution amounts section, everything should be turned off.

Going back and clicking off the "Enable recurring payments" box as well as the "Contributions Amounts Section Enabled" box does generate a correct form with only the submissions information.
