Extend 'Contribute as Organization' to Individuals

Currently, you can configure a form to contribute on behalf of an organization. However, a common scenario in events involving minors is that the parent/guardian will be the one filling in the form on behalf of their child.

If the validation forcing you to choose an organization was removed, allowing you to choose any kind of contact, it would allow for many customization options.
