            Description

            I just tested 4.4, 4.6 & master & only 4.4 seems afflicted with this - although TBH I can't understand why the others aren't so I had to write a 4.4 specific fix rather than do a back-port.

            A $0 contribution should not require a payment method. I used the methodology on the even form which made sense to me
