Description
The ?You can %1? sentences in templates/CRM/Import/Form/Summary.tpl are not localisable (%1 is a link like <a href="?">Download Errors</a> and is used elsewhere as well).
I?ll fix this for v1.1, as I don?t want to change the CRM/Import/Form/Preview.php file this close to release.
