Can't change current employer when employee relationship is both active and inactive

      Description

      I have confirmed this on demo.

      If a person has both an active and inactive relationship with an employer, trying to change their "current employer" dies silently.

      So for example, on demo right now John Smith has both an inactive and an active relationship to "Alleene Health Fund". If you try to change his current employer to "Bay Environmental Association", no error is reported but the change is not saved.

      Obviously, it's a strange condition that a person would have both an active and inactive relationship, so perhaps the preferred behavior would just be to report the situation to user.
