Settings > Display Preferences values don't save when Memcached is enabled.

            Description

            Some settings doesn't save when Memcached is enabled.
            Examples:
            1. Editing Contacts check boxes state at* Settings - Display Preferences* ( /civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/display?reset=1 )
            2. Settings - Addresses ( /civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/address?reset=1 )

            Disabling Memcached cures it immediately.
