            Rationale
            ========
            Currently, the configure Event Location form includes a drop-down for location_type. This is confusing for the user and we never use it since we only allow one location per event.

            Task
            ====
            Remove the location_type <select> field from the form and modify the postProcess() to set the location_type = default location_type.
