Contribution page configured with 'Separate Membership Payment = TRUE' throws fatal error on chosing pay-later

            Description

            As on mentioned use-case it throws fatal error as
            "This contribution page is configured to support separate contribution and membership payments. This Manual plugin does not currently support multiple simultaneous payments, or the option to "Execute real-time monetary transactions" is disabled. Please contact the site administrator and notify them of this error"

            It seems like something to do with https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blame/master/CRM/Core/Payment.php#L211
