Dedupe rules - changes not saved when editing existing rule

Please track time on this (Paid Issue Queue).

Confirmed on demo that if you edit an existing non-reserved rule, changes are NOT saved. I tested modifying length / weight as well as adding an additional criteria to the rule.

Attempted to make a new dedupe rule.

Saved new rule.

Went back to add in length to some fields. Saved. No error, no validation.

Reopen rule and didn't show the lengths.
