"Printer Friendly View" doesn't work on Angular pages

            Description

            On every angular page, the "printer friendly" button points to /civicrm/a?snippet=2 which gives an error.

            Options would be to either hide the button on Angular pages, or else fix it.

            Unfortunately the button is included in 5+ templates for each CMS so not easy to work with.
