Merging contacts, address not always fetched from main contact using JS

When merging contacts there is some JavaScript that fetches the matching location block from the 'main' contact and displays it on the screen.

ie: Changing the email location to 'work' shows the associated email address on the main contact record.

However, this JavaScript is only placed on the page if the contact has an email address or phone number. So if there is no email address, or phone number on either side, then the javascript does not trigger for addresses.

This will be fixed as part of CRM-17556
