Custom State/Province field displayed by ID in Tab With Table format

      Description

      1. Create a custom field group
      2. Used for Individual
      3. Check the "Does this Custom Field Set allow multiple records?" box
      4. For "Display Style" select "Tab with table"
      5. Add a field of type State/Province - Select State/Province
      6. Save the custom field set
      7. Create and save a contact record of type Individual
      8. Navigate to the tab for the custom field group just created
      9. Click Add
      10. Add 2 or more instances of the field group
      11. Click Save
      12. First set of custom fields displays correctly; second and subsequent sets display State/Province ID, not name.
      13. If displayed inline, State/Province names are displayed correctly.
