            Description

            In D8 Synchronize Users to Contacts gives a WSOD probably because the code was written for D7.

            I think the entire CRM_Core_BAO_CMSUser class is a highly problematic mix of crm + cms code and it needs to be detangled and CMS-specific code moved to the appropriate CRM_Utils_System_* classes.
