Come across some unused icons in the i/ folder...
- Bulb.png (removed 6yrs ago)
- collapsable.gif (swapped for menu-expanded)
- close.png
- crm-button-black.gif
- crm-button-blue.gif
- crm-button-dark.gif
- crm-button-dark-blue.gif (all last used in civicrm.css 3.x)
- Error.gif
- meeting.gif (removed 6yrs ago)
- openid_icon_small (removed 7yrs ago)
- print-icon.png
- print_pdf.gif (couldn't find history)
- rss2.png
- vcard-icon.png
If they can be confirmed as unused then lets ditch them.
