event on-line registration configuration confusion

I don't know if you'll have time to change this for 1.7 or want to move it to 1.8.

On the Online Registration configuration page for an event, the "Registration Text Link" should be marked as required if "Allow Online Registration?" is checked.

It's a little confusing when you think you've completed everything for an event but then when you go to look at the event there is no link to let you register.
