Import tag length

I was importing new contacts from a CSV and wrote a new tag title to assign to them. But because the tag I wrote was longer than 64 characters it triggered a fatal SQL error. Ideally the field should store more than 64 characters. But if not it'd be good to limit the number of characters allowed in the input field.
