I'm getting this error:
Fatal error: Class 'Civi\Payment\Exception\PaymentProcessorException' not found in /srv/bindings/.../code/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/Payment/PayPalImpl.php on line 419
Sure enough, there is no such class in 4.6.10. I noticed it was backported 3 days ago in github but no release yet.
