            Description

            PHP 7 has been released this month. It is up to twice as fast as PHP 5.6.
            A migration guide is available at http://php.net/manual/en/migration70.php

            I am not really a coder myself but thought there should be a placeholder to work on CiviCRM compatibility with the PHP7 series.

            Active support fot PHP 5.6 will end 28 Aug 2016, so also from that perspective it is good to look forward
