Block User from Deleting Their Own Contact Record

Delete contact function should not allow the contact record associated with the currently logged in user to be deleted. If it is one of the contacts selected for the delete contacts task - skip that record, continue with any others, and return the following message in the task result array:

"Your contact record - $display_name - was not deleted. CiviCRM requires a contact record for each authenticated user."
