This is a regression from 4.6.x

Find Contacts, Find Contributions etc.
Select some rows.
Select "Export"
Choose "Select Fields to Export"
Select "Individual" fields
You will see 2 options both labeled "Current Employer". One is actually "Current Employer ID" - but is mislabeled.
