Description
We have a complaint from a customer that membership reminders have not gone out to some people. On investigation is seems the reminder configuration has been edited since reminders first went out. So, the reminder to be sent 2 months prior to the membership expiry date has been sent. On changing it to be sent 2 months AFTER the expiry date all those who received the prior version are now blocked.
I suspect this behaviour is OK - but there needs to be more UI warning - or perhaps they should be blocked from editing and required to disable & create a new one?
