Description
Try this:
- click 'search', 'custom searches'
- click 'Postal Mailing'
- just click 'Search' (don't select a group)
- select some records from the result checking the chekboxes
- choose 'Actions', 'Maling Labels - Print'
- click 'Done'
Now you are back at your search results, but the column headings for Contact ID, Address and Contact Type are gone. So you cannot sort the results on address anymore.
I tried to click 'Edit Search Criteria', and 'Search' again. It did not help. Pressing F5 didn't help either. I had to do my search again.
This is also the case if you apply any other action to a selection of the result.
