Description
To improve the relationship report there should be when the Is active filter is set to yes it should check to make sure the end_date of relationship is null or greater than today's date.
Also i have had a feature request from people in my organisation for filters for the start and end dates of the relationship.
This will be essentially backporting work that has been done for 4.7
