Joomla 1.0.12, CiviCRM 1.7.beta.9101... Online Registration screen is blank

            Description

            Joomla 1.0.12, CiviCRM 1.7.beta.9101. I filled out the first three screens of Event Registration, but when I came to the Online Registration screen it was blank (see attachment). During my confusion I did use the bowsers back button and ended up putting double entries in the Event Fees table and caused a fatal error with duplicate recno in the Event Location screen/table. After re-logging in I was able to get back into the event and correct the double entries in the Event Fees table. The Online Registration is still blank.
