Expose Campaign ID as a column in Campaign Dashboard page.

Working with CiviCampaign is generally OK, but some unnecessary effort is imposed. Importing donations and relating them to campaigns is fundamental to tracking contributions. Why make the admin manually do a single contribution transaction and then export it to find the campaign ID? This data element should be visible in the CiviCampaign Dashboard page.
