Custom contact fields with files prevent contact record from loading

            Description

            If a custom field is set to file and a file is uploaded the entire field set is blocked by an error immediately. When returning to the contact record the entire record is blocked.

            One of parameters (value: FILENAME) is not of the type Integer

            Tested on personal install and civicrm.org sandbox.
