Description
We need to prevent folks from clicking the Import Now button more than once as it can cause dupe imports and other problems.
Disable all buttons on the form once it is submitted - and hide all unneeded display so the progress bar is prominent on the page. Also add Confirm() so folks don't start import "by accident".
